For the first 22 years of my life, it was rare I ever made a "real" meal for myself—guacamole was basically where my culinary repertoire began and ended. Since graduating college, though, I've discovered just how fun cooking can be—especially if you're preparing a meal for your friends or loved ones. Here's some of the best recipes I've made so far. I'm no master chef, so if I can make these, you almost certainly can too.
